Our Approach
Sourcing
Our long-term relationship with trusted specialty coffee traders is key to ensuring sustainable, fair payment to farmers.
Processing
Our coffees are hand-picked and processed with minimal water. We focus on sourcing naturals and sustainably semi-washed and fully-washed coffees.
Roasting
We roast small batches of coffee using a Geisen W6A. By adjusting air-flow, bean temperature, chamber pressure, drum speed and a host of other parameters, we are able to fine tune our coffee so that it yields fine quality every time.
Packaging
Our aluminum cans lock-in freshness and are 100% recyclable. Aluminum can be recycled directly back into itself over and over again in a true closed loop.
